Collegium recommends Permanent Judges for Bombay HC and Telangana HC

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended appointment of Additional Judges as Permanent Judges of the Bombay High Court and Telangana High Court. The communication has been circulated vide official statement dated 14th April, 2026.  

Permanent Judge for Bombay High Court

Justice Manjusha Ajay Deshpande, who has been serving as the Additional Judge, has been recommended to be appointed as the Permanent Judge of the Bombay High Court. 

Permanent Judge for Telangana High Court

The Supreme Court Collegium on 14th April recommended the following Additional Judges to be appointed as the Permanent Judges of the Telangana High Court: 

1. Justice Yara Renuka,
2. Justice Nandikonda Narsing Rao,
3. Justice E. Tirumala Devi, and
4. Justice B.R. Madhusudhan Rao.
